Please note that speakers and other people that are eligible for a registration fee with discount receive a registration link via email. \*All individual members and employees of corporate members of a society of the IFHS are eligible for registration at the member’s rate \*\*Student registration is only accepted on receipt of a copy of the student card Only written cancellation of participation is accepted.  Cancellations received before 1 July 2026 will qualify for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.  Refunds will not be granted after this date. The conference will be organized by the Hydrographic Society Benelux. With a history of successful hydrographic conference in Rotterdam, we will be back in Antwerp after 20 years. Antwerp is the major port for Belgium and gives access to the North Sea through the Scheldt river. Hydro2026 will be held in a truly maritime environment and various hydrographic vessels will be moored in one of the near harbours. As usual, the conference will offer a full scientific programme, covering the latest developments in hydrography, and an exhibition. There will be plenty opportunity to meet colleagues during the coffee and lunch breaks. During the three days there will be around 40 presentations in the main conference hall and there is room for poster presentations in the exhibition area. We invite you to submit an abstract before **June 15, 2026**. The scientific comittee will judge all abstracts and make the final programme.
