Cancellation policy registration

Only written cancellation of participation is accepted. 

Cancellations received before 1 July 2026 will qualify for a refund of 50% of the registration fee. 

Refunds will not be granted after this date. However, substitutions may be made at any time.

Registration fees do not include any form of insurance. The Hydrographic Society Benelux and Ie-net accept no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur in connection with the conference. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance in their country of residence.
